Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in East / North Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying properties by providing expert advice and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on property shortlisting and facilitating transactions. The role also involves targeted networking and building relationships with clients to understand and cater to their property needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property, with an ability to understand local market dynamics
- Ability to provide client-focused services and conduct client Training sessions as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong client relationships
- Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry; a real estate certification is a plus
